Terms of Service

1. Enrolment

A place is confirmed when the term fee or agreed first instalment is received. Places are limited and allocated in order of confirmation.

2. Fees and refunds

Fees are quoted per twelve-week term. A full refund is available within the first two weeks of a term. After that, we issue pro-rata credit toward a future term. Camp deposits are transferable but non-refundable within seven days of the start date.

3. Attendance

Missed campus sessions may be made up in another slot in the same week where space allows. Online sessions are recorded and available for the duration of the term.

4. Conduct

We expect respectful behaviour towards mentors, classmates and equipment. Deliberate damage to equipment is chargeable. We reserve the right to withdraw a student for repeated conduct breaches, with pro-rata credit.

5. Student work

Students own the work they create. We may showcase it with guardian consent, always credited by first name and age only.

6. Safeguarding

Two trained adults are present in every class. Communication with students happens only in moderated group channels, never privately.

7. Liability

CodeAugs is not liable for personal property brought onto campus. Robotics activities are supervised and use low-voltage equipment only.

8. Website use

Content on this site belongs to CodeAugs and may not be republished commercially without permission. Course outlines may be shared for educational reference with attribution.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
